We work as a close knit team to impress clients and convert orders – building great relationships is key!, • Actioning support tickets for clients and colleagues – providing an A* service in both areas (keeping everyone in the loop, you’ll be the hero who gets things sorted!), • Working closely with our in-house Warehouse team and pitching in when needed., • Eventually, you’ll be responsible for coordinating merchandise campaigns for blue chip brands, delivering primarily across Europe but also worldwide. You must be able to work at pace whilst ensuring accuracy (at least 1 year of office experience is desirable), • An eagle eye for detail and accuracy (seriously, this one’s key!), • Strong problem-solving skills – if a problem arises you find solutions and deliver a first-class service to colleagues and clients alike.
