Job Description – Chef de Partie We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll be working with fresh, seasonal ingredients to deliver high-quality, modern small-plate dishes from our busy open kitchen (80 covers) In the absence of the Head Chef, you’ll take responsibility for leading service and maintaining consistency across the team. This is a Full-Time role, and will involve predominantly evenings and weekend shifts What We’re Looking For Experience as a Chef de Partie or Line Cook in a fresh-food London kitchen.
