Oversee cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas, ensuring high standards. Monitor stock of front‑of-house items (napkins, condiments, packaging for takeaway, etc.) and liaise with kitchen or management to restock. Support management in improving service, workflow and customer experience. Job specification: Good customer service skills. Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
