" Location: Wolverhampton (office-based with regional travel across the West Midlands & Shropshire) Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) We are looking for a dedicated Complex Deputy Care Manager to lead and oversee the safe delivery of community-based complex care packages for both adults and children across the West Midlands and Shropshire. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive consistent, person-centred, and compliant care in their own homes. This position is office-based in Wolverhampton, with regular travel to service users and commissioners. You will work closely with clinicians, ICBs/CCGs, local authorities, families, and our wider MDT, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety. • Set up and coordinate new care packages., • Maintain existing services, ensuring high standards of care and compliance., • Visit clients regularly, ensuring person-centred care is always delivered., • Liaise with clinicians and MDTs to review complex care packages., • Meet with local authorities, ICBs/CCGs, and other professionals., • Complete and sign off care plans in line with regulatory requirements., • Prepare and submit reports to commissioners as required., • Provide leadership, supervision, and support to care teams., • Complete supervisions, appraisals and team meetings, • Support with rota management, • Be part of the On Call rota, • Minimum 5 years’ experience in community or domiciliary care., • Experience in complex care (ventilation, spinal injury, tracheostomy, acquired brain injury, bowel care, etc.) is essential, • Proven experience working with both children and adults in complex settings., • Strong leadership and client‑facing skills., • Driver with access to a vehicle (essential), • Ability to work flexibly – some packages may require early mornings, evenings, or weekend, • Office-based in Wolverhampton with regional travel., • Company pension, • Mileage paid for all client visits, • Opportunity to lead life-changing complex care services, • £33,000 – £36,000 per annum (depending on experience), • Full support from our Complex Care leadership team, • Opportunities to grow into regional or strategic leadership, • Flexible working and autonomy within a supportive structure, • A chance to truly shape and influence high-quality care delivery in the community " #J-18808-Ljbffr
