We are seeking a skilled and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.

- Handle insurance verification and authorization processes
- Assist with medical records management
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
Skills: - Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or Medical Receptionist
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
