We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support a dynamic husband-and-wife duo who are Founders of leading Private Equity and Venture Capital firms.
JOB DESCRIPTION How many hours can you dedicate to a virtual project every week? 21 hours weekly of assistance is enough for me and it is 2-3 hours daily from Monday to Sunday, I’m a retired construction engineer and now I’m a professional real estate agent, I have renovated many homes and some of them belong to me, so far I have successfully completed forty homes of mine across the country, I have sold some of them but now I’m now interested in leasing the ones that are left and that’s why I need an assistant to help me with the listings of these properties on the marketplace so I can focus on my other businesses. This job is flexible, I’d rarely need you at a specific time unless it’s very important and it’s a very simple and straightforward job so you will not find it hard to understand, your main duty is to make a listing of my houses that are ready to be rented out to aspiring tenants on the marketplace,then you shall forward the leads to me so I can follow up with them and schedule a viewing of the property for them. After the leads have been forwarded, you’ll go over the list of the leads you forwarded to ensure that all leads were sent correctly , You’ll also Schedule self tours for me, recruiting, I will pay $900 for 2 weeks or $1,800 monthly , after your commencement of this project with me,Kindly let me know if this is something you think you can accomplish, being a newbie is not a problem in this field.
