This position requires excellent communication skills, outstanding customer service, and a person capable of market and table throughout the 5 boroughs. You must be able to interact with bystanders and capable of registering Medicaid recipients into our home care services. Duties Here are a few responsibilities of a Canvasser’s duties: Memorize and recite sales scripts and statements prepared by the employer Conduct door-to-door canvassing to introduce our services to potential and existing customers Obtain information, such as contact details and insurance information, from potential leads and clients Confidently introduce the company's services to clinics, pharmacies, hospitals and other referral sources Participate in events and presentations including fairs, rallies, and festivals Consistently maintain a daily, weekly and monthly quota of Medicaid recipients who are interested in home care services Skills - Experience in outbound calling, call center, office, sales, or client services preferred - Proficiency in cash handling and data entry - Ability to type efficiently and accurately - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Strong customer support skills with a focus on problem-solving - Job Type: Full-time
