Creating and implementing comprehensive sales plans and strategies aligned with company goals.

Team Recruitment and Training:
Hiring new sales representatives, providing ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Performance Management:
Setting individual and team sales targets, monitoring sales activity, and providing feedback and coaching to sales representatives.

Sales Pipeline Management:
Overseeing the sales pipeline, identifying potential opportunities, and ensuring effective lead management.

Customer Relationship Building:
Fostering strong relationships with key clients and managing customer accounts.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and presenting reports to senior management
