Job Description Call Center Representative – Work from Home (NJ Residents Only) Start Date : 9/29/2025 Pay Rate: • $18.00/hr. – Monolingual (English Speaking), • $19.00/hr. – Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish & English), • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST Open Enrollment (11/1 – 1/31): • Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST, • Sat: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, • Last 2 Sundays of OE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, • Last 3 days of OE: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide high-quality customer service to Marketplace consumers by answering inquiries, assisting with applications for health coverage, processing updates, and ensuring accurate documentation. Responsibilities • Handle inbound calls from the public, prospective enrollees, and representatives assisting consumers., • Assist with applications for healthcare coverage, eligibility determinations, and plan enrollment., • Process life event changes, demographic updates, and disenrollments., • Provide translation support for non-English-speaking callers., • Document all interactions in the appropriate systems., • Escalate issues as necessary and follow established procedures., • Education: High School Diploma or GED, • Experience: Minimum 6 months of recent call center experience, • Residency: Must reside in the State of New Jersey, • Desktop or Laptop with Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM (No Celeron, Pentium, Mac/iOS), • Minimum 256GB hard drive, Windows 10 or 11, • USB Gen 2 (or newer) port for wired headset, • Wired headset with microphone (USB Gen 2 or newer), • Video camera capability (required for training), • No Chromebooks, tablets, or iPads
