Responsibilities: * Implement ABA therapy programs as designed and supervised by a BCBA. * Work directly with children with autism to build communication, social, and daily living skills. * Utilize evidence-based behavior intervention strategies. * Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior. * Collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team to ensure consistency in interventions. * Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required. * Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical guidelines. Qualifications: * Required: At least 1 year of experience as a Behavior Technician working with children with autism. * Preferred: Bachelors degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field. * Completion of a 40-hour RBT training required (Free training provided by Agency). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently while following treatment plans. * Reliable transportation for in-home sessions. * CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
