The salary range for this role is $120,000-$150,000. This position is based onsite at our Linden, NJ facility. We're seeking an experienced Onsite Inventory Manager to lead the deployment and improvement of inventory management processes for our 495,000 sq ft food production and distribution facility in New Jersey. This role will be instrumental in deploying robust inventory control systems that support our meal solutions business. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive inventory management processes, including receiving, storage, tracking, and fulfillment procedures for raw materials, packaging , and finished goods., • Assess current performance of the team and integrate new processes, partner with central operations to scale new processes and required changes, • Develop site wide expertise in all inventory related activities and be a partner to the production, quality assurance, fulfillment and purchasing teams to enable timely delivery of product to the customer. Guide a team of inventory professionals and Operations leadership by providing leadership, training, and development while establishing best practices and standard operating procedures. Qualifications Skill and requirements • 8+ years of progressive experience in Manufacturing Operations or Supply Chain, with at least 3 years focused on inventory management, • 2+ years of direct people leadership experience, • Proven track record of successfully implementing and scaling inventory management systems and processes in a food manufacturing or distribution environment, • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and process optimization, • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, • Hands-on experience with ERP systems is required; SAP experience is highly preferred, • Experience in food manufacturing or meal kit operations; familiarity with food safety standards and regulatory compliance (HACCP, GMP, USDA, etc.), • Six Sigma certification or similar process improvement methodology, • Strong leadership abilities with experience building and developing high-performing teams, • Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, • A strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution capabilities, • Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments, • Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of driving process improvements; PMP certification preferred, • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills What We Offer • Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, pet insurance and legal insurance, • 401(k) with company match that is immediately vested, • Life and ADD insurance, • Opportunities for career growth with a dynamic company that is changing the landscape of fresh meals., • Unlimited paid time off (for salaried positions) Our Values at Work We believe that ACTIONS speak louder than words, and our company values align to those ACTIONS.
