Job Description Recruitment Operations Specialist Five Towns, NY | 80K + Incentives per Case Full-Time, In-Office Position Overview A fast-growing ABA therapy organization is seeking a driven, hands-on Recruitment Operations Specialist to build and lead its recruiting and case coordination operations from the ground up. You'll work directly with executive leadership to source, train, and onboard Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring smooth case coverage and active staffing pipelines. This is a key foundational role with room for rapid growth and leadership expansion.
