As an Auditor, HCC Risk Adjustment Coder, you will review medical records to identify and code diagnoses using a standardized system, ensuring accurate representation of patient conditions for risk adjustment and reimbursement purposes. The Programs Manager will also lead transactions including subsidy and grant closings, repositioning strategies, refinancings, and workouts for distressed projects in need of intervention. Additionally, the position will support the risk assessment process for portfolio projects, help monitor and address delinquencies, as well as assist with the prioritization of projects for inclusion in the HCR Office of Finance and Development’s preservation subsidy pipeline.
