QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications: Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Ultrasound Technology program. Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent credential. Valid state licensure or certification as required by the employing facility or jurisdiction. Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to ultrasound imaging. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with specialized ultrasound procedures such as vascular, obstetric, or cardiac sonography.
