Manage department to attain maximum productivity with minimum cost. Interface effectively with personnel at a variety of levels. Able to write and/or revise protocols, job descriptions to meet the needs of the department and/or hospital. Will serve on various hospital Neuro committees as needed. Will provide in-service as necessary to department and hospital personnel. Able to perform clerical and technical processing duties of the department. Generate and reconcile patient's charges. Able to perform all non-invasive neurodiagnostic procedures to all ages, adults and pediatric. Works with customers and identifies problem areas and recommends solutions.
