Set the gym to the site map, run the pre-game Launch Meeting, keep every game starting on time and streaming live, settle disputes on the spot, and close out scoresheets, photo verification and reporting within 4 hours of the final game. Own the athlete experience. Greet every captain and work the room between games. Answer every player and captain message within 24 hours and follow up on every complaint within 48. Hit your retention and growth targets. You carry clear, measurable retention targets: re-signing returning teams, converting players on the floor, and driving referrals and ambassador teams.
