Job DescriptionOvernight Data Entry Clerk (ERP / Manufacturing) Location: Bay Shore, NY (Onsite) Shift: 3rd Shift | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM | Monday–Friday Pay Rate: $25/hour Employment Type: Contract Training: First shift training required for approximately 4–6 weeks Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Overnight Data Entry Clerk to support production, inventory, and shop-floor operations within a manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring real-time data accuracy across ERP systems, inventory tracking, and production reporting. The ideal candidate is comfortable working overnight hours and has hands-on experience using ERP systems in an operational setting. Key Responsibilities • Execute ERP system transactions accurately and in real time, • Open and close process orders daily, • Perform order, inventory, and shift-to-shift reconciliations, • Manage shop-floor data entry and production activity tracking, • Conduct bin counts and support inventory management efforts, • Utilize scanners for inventory and production monitoring, • Analyze production data for accuracy and traceability, • Maintain work-in-process (WIP), raw material, and rework flow, • Partner with Production, Finance, and Warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies, • Develop and maintain job aids to support process improvements, • Complete additional duties as assignedRequired Qualifications, • 8 months–1+ year of experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365; Aptean experience is a plus), • Experience with inventory reconciliation and order processing, • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas and standard functions), • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly, • High attention to detail and accuracy, • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, • English proficiency requiredPreferred Qualifications, • Spanish bilingual, • Experience working in manufacturing or production environments, • Familiarity with shop-floor operations, bin management, or cycle counts Additional Information • Must be comfortable working overnight (3rd shift), • Flexibility to train on first shift for the initial 4–6 weeks is required, • This role is highly detail-focused and works closely with multiple departmentsLooking for someone who has experience..., • Making changes within an ERP system, • Adding, removing, or adjusting bins, • Correcting inventory or production data errors Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
