Resident Care * Notify RCD of any resident and/or family concerns. * Attend and actively participates in daily Cross Over meetings facilitated by the LCM. * Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by RCD. * Participate in the development of the Individualized Service Plans (ISP). * Transcribe orders. Risk Management and General Safety * Partner with community team to ensure community is in compliance with national/provincial regulations pertaining to occupational health and safety requirements, promoting Risk Management programs and policies, and adhering to safety rules and regulations. * Practice safety procedures at all times including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), fire extinguishers, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and Lockout Tagout procedures. * Report all accidents/incidents immediately. * Report all unsafe and hazardous conditions/equipment immediately. • Ensure any cords, carts, equipment, and other hazards are always kept out of the way, not blocking exits, and in compliance with fire codes.
