General Description The Senior Director, Commercial Operations, Insights & Analytics is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping and enabling the U.S. commercial strategy at Helsinn Therapeutics U.S., (Inc). This individual will define the vision and lead the development of a best-in-class commercial infrastructure, including data assets, systems, and analytics capabilities, to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and optimize commercial performance. This role partners closely with Commercial Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders—including Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, HR, and Business Development—to enhance revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and maximize the value of Helsinn’s oncology supportive care and dermato-oncology portfolio. We are seeking a Facility Supervisor to lead and coordinate site-wide maintenance operations across facility infrastructure, clean utilities, and biologics process equipment. This role will play a critical part in establishing maintenance strategy, driving equipment reliability, and ensuring ongoing GMP readiness as the site transitions from commissioning into full commercial operations. The Corporate Marketing team comprised of Sales Planning, Marketing, Advertising, and E-Commerce is responsible for all consumer‑facing marketing vehicles, including the weekly circular and all corporate themes communicated to customers. Job DescriptionSalary: 17.00 The Community Marketing Intern will support the Clio Snacks Marketing Team in growing and engaging our brand community across social media and ambassador channels. This role will focus on creating social media content, fostering two-way conversations with our audience, and supporting the Community Marketing Manager in executing engagement strategies. They may also assist the broader marketing team as needed if time allows. Over the course of the internship, the Community Intern will gain hands-on experience in community management, social media strategy, and digital brand building in a fast-paced, CPG environment. They will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, including social media content development, community and ambassador engagement, and consumer trend reporting. SALARY and HOURS: 10-20 hours per week based on workload Social Media Community: • Create engaging content, for Clio Snacks TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube that presents Clio as a fun, authentic, and trend-forward brand., • Monitor social platforms daily, responding to comments, tags, and direct messages in Clios brand voice., • Drive outbound engagement by actively connecting with other brands, creators, and communities to expand Clios reach and keep the brand present in relevant cultural conversations., • Support community growth by identifying new engagement opportunities and leveraging trends, memes, and cultural moments to propose innovative content that positions Clio ahead of the curve, • Help manage Clios brand ambassador program through active engagement in ambassador chats and timely approval of completed challenges., • Contribute creative ideas to enhance and evolve Clios ambassador program, including new challenges, incentives, and ways to engage ambassadors., • Assist with tracking and fulfilling ambassador redeemed prizes EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE • High school diploma or more, • Junior or Senior currently enrolled in college program, preferably with a focus on marketing or communications, • Experience or understanding of how to work and collaborate with a remote, distributed team
