C-K Control Temp is seeking a Strategic Account Manager responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with very visible key commercial and light industrial clients within the HVAC/ Professional Mechanical Services Industry. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and positioning the company as a trusted partner for all systems, maintenance, and energy solutions. Responsibilities: • Build and manage relationships with strategic accounts, • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value HVAC clients, • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts., • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets, • Collaborate with internal teams (Service, Construction) to deliver tailored HVAC solutions, • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and proposal development, • Monitor project execution and ensure customer satisfaction and retention, • Analyze client needs related to energy efficiency, system performance, and regulatory compliance, • Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and account performance metrics, • Seek ou new sales opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and following up on company-provided leads., • Initiate contact with potential customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings., • Conduct on-site visits to assess existing systems, identify customer needs, and determine desired outcomes., • Explain the features and benefits of the company's products and services, addressing any customer concerns., • Present clear, accurate, and detailed proposals, contracts, and sales agreements., • Negotiate pricing and terms to secure sales., • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business., • Ensure a seamless transition for customers by coordinating with installation and service teams., • Strong collaboration with Operations and Leadership Teams., • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and the sales pipeline using CRM software., • Stay up to date on industry trends, new products, and competitors to provide informed recommendations to customers., • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events., • Strive to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, related field and / or equivalent years of experience in a similar role (at least 8+ years), • Understanding of HVAC systems, products, and services is required to assist customers effectively., • Minimum of 10 years of HVAC selling experience., • Strong sales skills, including prospecting, presentation, and negotiation abilities, are essential., • Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as strong interpersonal skills, to build trust and rapport with customers., • Candidates should be self-motivated, results-oriented, highly organized, and possess excellent time management skills., • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are often required for on-site client visits., • Knowledge of safety regulations and standards., • Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability., • Attention to detail and commitment to quality., • 50%-day Travel in NJ required
