We currently have career opportunities at the Senior level for high-achieving, motivated, well-rounded self-starters in public accounting to lead tax and accounting engagements for closely held businesses and high net worth individuals. You will prepare or review complex business and individual tax returns, complete tax research and prepare financial statements, compilations and reviews, while developing and cultivating professional client relationships. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, or related field, • CPA license preferred, • Minimum of 2 plus years of recent tax and accounting experience in public accounting, audit experience a plus, • Ability to professionally lead tax or accounting engagements(experienced staff) and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, client service and PC skills including accounting software proficiency (CCH Axcess or Engagement proficiency is a plus), • Resourcefulness, creativity, initiative, independent thinking and sound business judgment Compensation and Benefits: • Estimated total compensation ($90,000 - $125,000), • Medical, dental and vision insurance, • Paid time off including vacation, personal, sick and holidays, • Retirement plan, • Wellness plan At Topche & Company, we believe that our people make the difference.
