The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care and implements treatment plans under the direction of the Nurse Manager and medical staff, following established clinical guidelines, policies, and procedures. These visits are to be chosen at the beginning of each work day and identified on the client work board in the bullpen by the RN's initials., • Responsible for entering the documentation for each client visit in the IMA System as instructed by the team leader within twenty-four (24) hours after the client visit.
