We are seeking a Paraplanner / Financial Planner who can support senior advisors while also providing essential operational support to ensure a seamless client experience Position Overview This role combines financial planning support with client-service and operational responsibilities. It is well suited for a Paraplanner seeking a clear path into a Financial planner role, or for an early-career planner who values both analytical work and hands-on involvement in client onboarding and ongoing service. Key Responsibilities -Financial Planning & Advisory Support • Prepare and update comprehensive financial plans (retirement, tax, estate, investment, education, insurance), • Analyze client financial data, cash flow, net worth, and projections, • Assist advisors in client meeting preparation and follow-up, • Attend client meetings and participate in plan presentations, as appropriate, • Prepare and process new account paperwork, including custodial forms and compliance documentation, • Assist with account openings, transfers, rollovers, and maintenance requests, • Coordinate client onboarding and ensure timely, accurate execution, • Maintain organized and compliant client records and documentation, • Serve as a liaison between advisors, custodians, and internal operations teams We are a well-established and growing wealth management firm serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.
