Business Process • Streamline device return, configuration, and order preparation processes., • Follow documented procedures for device testing, repair, refurbishing, imaging and configuration., • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to share best practices and troubleshoot complex issues., • Provide Technical process support and training to Production personnel, • Maintain knowledge on OEM specific HW, Connectivity, and applicable Platforms, • Conduct Production Feasibility Assessment., • Provide time studies pertaining to Production processes., • Support process improvement initiatives and activities., • Provide engineering support to determine root cause and implement corrective actions on internal and customer related manufacturing problems. • Troubleshoot technical/process issues. Learning and Development • Engage in continuous personal development by seeking feedback and participating in training opportunities., • Mentor junior technicians and contribute to team knowledge-sharing and training sessions to improve collective skills and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. QUALIFICATIONS • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent., • 3+ years’ experience in a technical and/or manufacturing role preferred., • Experience writing, testing, or debugging software., • Experience with electrical, mechanical, and computer hardware., • Experience working in an ISO (9001 & 13485) environment., • Ability to read and analyze information and data and perform basic math., • Proficient using Microsoft Office applications., • Experience providing technical customer service, such as tech support and/or installation/repair service preferred.
