Job Description JOB DEFINITION: Provide clinical and/or administrative supervision to a dynamic team of professional and paraprofessional staff. Responsible for the overall functioning of the programs under the Director, including PROS, Employment Programs, Patient Navigator, and Veterans Program, and ensuring compliance with agency and regulatory policies and procedures. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: LCSW license required. Job Description JOB DEFINITION: The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing short-term acute care to individuals presenting to the Intensive Crisis Stabilization Center with a mental health/substance use crisis. The RN assesses clients, administers medications, manages psychiatric and medical needs, and supports crisis stabilization through trauma-informed, patient centered care. The RN will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety, promote recovery, and assist with treatment planning and discharge coordination. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse by the New York State Department of Education and possess either an Associate's Degree (if awarded prior to December 18, 2017), Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program*.
