We are a growing, family-owned pest control company in Plainview, Long Island, seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join our team. This is an on-site position only, and candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Plainview office. Why Join Us? Competitive Pay & Growth Potential – Earn $23 – $25 per hour based on experience, with overtime opportunities during peak seasons.
Stability & Work-Life Balance – Full-time hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with paid time off after the probationary period. What You’ll Be Doing: ✔ Handling daily office operations in a fast-paced environment, including handling a high volume of phone calls.
✔ Scheduling & coordinating appointments efficiently, requiring familiarity with Long Island geography.
✔ Providing outstanding customer service, ensuring a great experience for our clients.
✔ Handling administrative tasks, such as invoicing, data entry, and heavy phone/email communication.
✔ Assisting with general office duties as needed to support the team. What We’re Looking For: ✅ No prior pest control experience required! We will train the right candidate.
✅ Strong computer skills – Comfortable using office software for scheduling, invoicing, and email communication.
✅ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
✅ Reliable & positive team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
