In this fully remote role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our programs and services. Key Responsibilities: • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for mentors and staff., • Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and respond to inquiries professionally., • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality., • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records., • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, preferably in a virtual setting., • Excellent organizational and time management skills., • Strong written and verbal communication abilities., • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and virtual communication platforms., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating high levels of discretion and attention to detail., • Experience in a healthcare or mentoring environment is a plus.
