Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems., • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures., • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary., • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in the CRM system., • Process orders, returns, payments, or account updates as needed., • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved., • Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex or ongoing issues., • Meet performance metrics such as response times, customer satisfaction, and productivity., • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
