Job Description We are seeking a resident coordinator to join our team! Perform all resident facing duties. Generally be in charge of customer service and assist residents in navigating association requirements and offerings. Tasks will include but are not limited to the following responsibilities. Responsibilities: • Coordinate move in, move outs, amenity reservations, community events, • Handle general and monthly resident communication, • Address resident complaints, communicate and follow up on violations of rules and regulations, coordinate and oversee ADR meetings, • Manage access control, • Regularly audit parking and amenities registrations databases, • Maintain and update planner tasks, SOP's, and other documentation, • Ability to build rapport with customers, • Ability to prioritize and multitask, • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCompany DescriptionWe are a growing company who believes our employees are the foundation of our success and strive to create a work environment that helps everyone succeed and provide a great experience to our residents and unit owners.
