Job Description Overview: We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to support daily cash management, forecasting, and treasury operations. This individual will play a key role in monitoring liquidity, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring accurate reporting across the organization. The ideal candidate has strong experience with cash flow forecasting and working within Oracle. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with attorneys to obtain and compile prospective client activity reports, ensuring timely and accurate data collection, • Conduct thorough attorney bill reviews, process necessary revisions, and ensure all invoices comply with client billing guidelines and firm standards, • Reconcile corporate credit card statements, verify expense allocations, and ensure proper documentation for all transactions, • Manage high-volume monthly billing cycles, including invoice generation, distribution, and follow-up on outstanding balances, • Support the preparation and analysis of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to track departmental metrics and inform strategic decision-making, • Serve as a professional point of contact for client billing inquiries, maintaining positive relationships and resolving issues promptly and courteously, • Assist with accounts receivable management, including monitoring aging reports and coordinating collection efforts, • Maintain accurate billing records and documentation in compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirementsQualifications & Requirements, • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred., • Minimum of two (2) years of experience with advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools., • Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks or comparable accounting software preferred., • Prior experience in legal billing or professional services billing preferred; familiarity with e-billing platforms (e.g., LEDES, eBillingHub) is a plus., • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with attorneys, clients, and colleagues at all levels, • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required, • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Work Arrangement & Location This is initially a full-time on-site position based at our Rockville Centre, NY office, with the potential for a hybrid work arrangement after a successful three-month onboarding period.
