Key Responsibilities • Meet with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients to understand planning goals and long-term wealth-transfer objectives., • Design, draft, and implement sophisticated estate planning structures, including wills, trusts, multi-generational trusts, partnerships, and charitable entities., • Develop and execute advanced tax-optimized strategies tailored to complex family and business needs., • Advise clients on estate tax planning, charitable giving, and business-succession planning., • Manage a diverse caseload with a high level of independence and responsiveness., • Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals., • Support business-development efforts to help grow the firm’s client base.
