Responsibilities • Input, update, and maintain data within databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries related to order processing, inventory, and client information, • Perform data collection and transcription tasks from various sources, • Manage office documentation including filing, organizing, and retrieving records as needed, • Assist with order entry and processing using office software tools, • Utilize pivot tables and other Excel functions to analyze data trends and generate reports, • Support administrative functions such as clerical tasks, data verification, and basic math calculations, • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced spreadsheet functions, • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed, • Experience working with databases and ERP systems for data management, • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, • Basic math skills for data verification and calculations, • Prior office or clerical experience preferred, including familiarity with filing systems and administrative procedures, • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
