Key Responsibilities • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to service inquiries in a professional and timely manner, • Create, update, and manage service work orders in the system, • Access and manage vendor portal systems to retrieve service requests, update job statuses, submit required documentation, and ensure compliance with customer requirements, • Schedule and coordinate service calls with technicians and dispatch, • Communicate appointment confirmations, updates, and follow-ups with customers, • Process parts orders, invoices, and documentation accurately, • Maintain organized records and ensure date accuracy, • Support technicians and internal teams with administrative tasks as needed, • Provide solution-oriented customer service while maintaining professionalism and urgency Qualifications • 1-3 years of customer service or administrative experience (service industry experience preferred), • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written, • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, • Comfortable working with service software, Microsoft Office, and data entry systems The advertised pay range for this position is $25-$30 per hour.
