As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. • Responsibilities:, • Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities., • Conduct at least 5 new quoting conversations each day, accurately assessing customer needs and providing tailored insurance solutions., • Complete detailed fact-finding sheets for each prospect to gather essential information and ensure personalized product recommendations., • Present and explain a variety of insurance products, including life, auto, home, renters, boat, and business insurance, aligning options with customer requirements., • Participate actively in weekly team trainings and sales meetings to continuously improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry compliance., • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and meeting or exceeding sales targets.Requirements:, • Must hold a valid Life Insurance license and Property and Casualty license in the State of New Jersey. Pre-licensing and exam fees will be reimbursed after 60 days of employment., • Commitment to a consistent office schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to follow office systems consistently and effectively., • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a goal-oriented environment., • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time efficiently while working independently and as part of a team., • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications to accurately document sales activities and customer information.
