Position Overview The Clinical Director is responsible and accountable for the planning, organizing, directing and evaluating nursing services of nursing location (non-PDHC offices). Swim instructors should make and keep swimming a fun activity, while bearing in mind that safety can never be compromised and the swim instruction guidelines must be adhered to. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Ensure all health and safety guidelines are strictly adhered to., 2. To teach in a professional, courteous manner, be attentive to all participants, eliminate unsafe practices and physical hazards., 3. Exhibit respect for the pool rules, obeying them at all times., 4. Have a positive and friendly attitude., 5. Properly dresses in a swim suit at all times., 6. Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to shift start time and be on deck 5 minutes prior to class time., 7.
