Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Salon Manager in overseeing daily salon operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and a seamless experience for clients, • Lead, train, and mentor a team of beauty professionals, fostering a positive and supportive work environment, • Collaborate with the Salon Manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, including the management of the salon's social media presence, • Monitor salon performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes, • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, • Act as a liaison between the salon team and upper management, providing regular updates and feedback, • Continually seek opportunities for professional growth and development, staying current on industry trends and best practicesQualifications:, • At least 3-5 years of experience, • Salon experience required, • Cosmetology License preferred, • Previous experience in management, preferably in the salon or beauty industry, • Preferred experience managing and growing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook), • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others, • Excellent customer service and communication skills, • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings, • A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to staying current on trends and techniquesIf you're ready to take the next step in your career and make a lasting impact on a growing luxury salon franchise, we want to hear from you!
