This is a **Remote Retirement Plan Administrator** role RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Complete annual compliance testing
• Prepare and file 5500 and other forms.
• Maintain existing client relationships.
• Assist clients with plan document updates and amendments.
• Process retirement plan distributions and loans across various investment platforms.
• Data analysis, scrubbing and verification.
• Reconcile plan assets and preparation of annual valuation.
• Recordkeeper website reporting and navigation
• Communicate IRS rules and regulations. QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, experience, and certifications
• Must have strong Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat skills.
• ASC, Pension Pro and FT William software knowledge a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills
• Sound judgment and proper criteria for establishing priorities correctly.
• Experience with defined benefit plans is helpful, but not required.
