The Marina Administrative Manager is the liaison between the Property, Accounting, and Operations, and is critical in maintaining accurate financial records at the properties. The Marina Administrative Manager must be able to work collaboratively with the General Manager at the Property and the Regional Controller and is responsible for organizing all revenue and accounts payable data which feeds into the Company’s accounting system. Job DescriptionSalary: Min: $18.00 per hour / Max: $22.00 per hour The Offsite supervisor oversees all of our operations in all of our off sites and works along with their assigned employees to maintain quality control of all offices. The ideal person will guide our staff to make sure all offices are perfect, clean, organized, and make sure everything is in order. This person will also coordinate ongoing maintenance in each office; from floor stripping, buffing, to carpet cleaning and spot removal.
