Freddy's offers hands-on management training, advancement opportunities, and a fun, fast-paced work environment focused on teamwork and quality. • Next-Day Pay available, • Flexible scheduling, • No late nights or overnights, • 4-day workweeks (where available), • Paid time off, • 401(k) program (for eligible employees — must be age 21+ with 3 months of service), • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, • Monthly & quarterly bonus program, • 100% manager meal discount, • Partial gym membership reimbursement — support for a healthy lifestyle, • Company outings and seminars, • Opportunities for advancement — we promote from within!, • Fun, positive team environment As a Shift Supervisor, you will: • Lead and support your team during assigned shifts, • Ensure quality food preparation and exceptional guest service, • Provide coaching, direction, and motivation to team members, • Foster a fun, fast-paced, fulfilling work environment, • Assist with operational responsibilities, including inventory, scheduling, and team performance, • Minimum 1 year of restaurant shift supervisor or leadership experience, • Passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience, • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, • Ability to motivate, train, and hold a diverse team accountable, • Organized and able to manage time and priorities effectively, • Familiarity with financial reporting, inventory management, and scheduling preferred (Brink experience a plus), • Evening availability — must be able to close the restaurant, • Dependable and punctual, • Ability to stand/walk for shifts (up to 8-10 hours if needed), • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs, • Comfortable with bending, stooping, and occasional ladder use, • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members At MLY Investments, LLC, we operate multiple Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers locations across Iowa and Illinois — and we are growing!
