Job Description Lightning Auto Spa is seeking a friendly, bilingual, and customer-focused Cashier / Customer Service Representative to be the face of our car wash. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems quickly, and delivering an exceptional customer experience every day. You will be the first and last impression our customers have — professionalism, positivity, and communication skills are key. Compensation: $16 hourly Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly and professionally, • Process payments accurately (cash, credit, memberships), • Explain wash packages and promote memberships, • Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints calmly and effectively, • Resolve issues quickly and professionally, • Coordinate with tunnel staff to ensure smooth vehicle flow, • Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, • Assist with light administrative or operational tasks as neededQualifications:, • Bilingual (English & Spanish required), • Strong customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar preferred), • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly, • Friendly, outgoing personality, • Reliable and punctual, • Comfortable using iPads / POS systems, • Team-oriented mindsetAbout Company Montclair Car Care is a locally owned car wash in New Jersey, committed to delivering high-quality service and a great customer experience.
