Job Description Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of twenty-six branches throughout the United States. Our primary business is architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets. We are growing and seeking an Area Manager for our Northeast Region – Stoughton, MA, Carlstadt, NJ, Greenvale, NY. Position Summary: The Area Manager provides strategic direction and leadership for a regional team, nested within the corporate strategy set by the Vice Presidents. The Area Manager orchestrates the implementation and execution of strategic objectives across the region, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals. The Area Manager will foster relationships with key customers, suppliers, and vendors, and play a pivotal role in business growth.
