Job Description As part of IPRO’s Technology Solutions team, the Lead Software Developer will have the opportunity to set up enterprise-wide strategic projects and processes with exposure to leaders across the company. In the Lead Software Developer role, you will be a key driver of innovation and develop new tools and approaches to create value for our customers. Given the breadth and depth of IPRO’s technology development, you will learn how to maximize the value for a wide variety of users by participating in all activities of the development life cycle including planning, requirements gathering, active development, testing, production and maintenance.
