JOB DESCRIPTION Summary Regal Boats is seeking a talented and driven Full Stack .NET Software Engineer with strong Blazor experience to help build and modernize our internal and external applications. You will work across the full stack: front-end UI, back-end APIs, and SQL Server; developing secure, scalable tools that improve operations, manufacturing workflows, dealer interaction, and internal data access. Key Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Design, build, and maintain modern web applications using .NET 7/8, Blazor Server/WASM, C#, and ASP.NET Core., • Develop robust back-end APIs, services, and integrations with SQL Server, ERP systems (e.g., Epicor), and internal APIs., • Create clean, responsive, and user-friendly UI components using Blazor, Razor Components, and CSS frameworks., • Integrate authentication/authorization frameworks (Entra ID, OAuth, SSO, internal user directory, RBAC)., • Create and maintain efficient production schedules using custom-coded solutions., • Work with on-prem and cloud-hosted services; help optimize deployments and architectures., • Build integrations for internal tools, ERP data, workflows, and third-party systems., • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning., • Maintain code quality through testing (unit, integration) and best practices., • Ensure applications meet internal security, compliance, and data governance standards., • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for large-scale initiatives., • Work closely with internal departments: IT, Operations, Engineering, Scheduling, QA, and Finance, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that translate into scalable technical solutions. Required Qualifications • 3+ years of professional experience as a full stack .NET developer., • Strong proficiency with C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET 6+., • Production experience with Blazor Server or WASM., • SQL Server experience (queries, optimization, schema design)., • Experience with Entity Framework Core, RESTful APIs, and modern architectural patterns., • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals., • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development workflows., • Conversational English. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Epicor or other ERPs (advantageous for manufacturing)., • Experience building internal business systems, portals, dashboards, and data workflows., • Familiarity with Azure (App Services, Functions, AI Search, etc.) or other cloud platforms., • Experience with authentication systems: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SSO, Entra ID (AAD), Google Workspace, etc., • Experience integrating AI tooling or RAG-style features into applications., • Familiarity with Blazor component libraries (ComponentOne, MudBlazor, Telerik, etc.)., • Exposure to DevOps, containerization (Docker), virtualization, and on-prem environments. Work Environment ON-SITE Required. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
