Purity Products is a 33-year-old, family-founded DTC supplement brand based in Plainview, NY. We're looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to work alongside our Ecommerce Manager on the day-to-day operations of two DTC supplement brands — Purity Products and Cheerific. You ship the work. You see what it does. Some ecommerce roles have you filing tickets and waiting on an agency. This one doesn't. At Purity Products, you'll build the landing pages, write the Liquid, run the tests, and watch the conversion numbers move across two growing DTC supplement brands: Purity Products and Cheerific. We're a family-founded brand that has been making supplements for 33 years. Our in-house growth team is small and moves fast, so your ideas don't sit in a backlog. If you spot a drop-off in the funnel on Tuesday, you could have a test live by Thursday. Location: Plainview, NY — Hybrid (3 days on-site/2 days remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 based on Experience Benefits: Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401k) What you'll own The storefront • Run day-to-day Shopify operations for both brand sites, • Do custom theme development: Liquid, CSS/JS, and section and template customization in Online Store 2.0, • Build marketing and product landing pages end to end in Replo, including buy boxes connected to real variants and selling plans, • Keep our app stack running well (Rebuy, Aftersell, Videowise, subscription apps and more), and fix problems yourself when they come up, • Track down broken links, layout bugs and tracking gaps (GTM, pixels, event firing) before they cost us sales Conversion, the fun part • Launch A/B tests and landing page variants, then roll out the winners, • Bring your own test ideas, drawn from analytics, session recordings and funnel data. Don't just build what you're handed., • Watch the data for anomalies and drop-offs, and raise a flag when you see one, • QA every page, offer and funnel on desktop and mobile before it goes live The team • Work directly with our Ecommerce Manager to set priorities and get things shipped, • Write down what you learn so the team gets faster over time You'll do well here if you have • 3–5 years of hands-on Shopify experience (theme editor, Liquid, OS 2.0), • Real CRO experience: you've launched tests, iterated on pages, and can read the results, • Experience with Replo or a similar page builder, • HTML/CSS/JS skills for custom theme and page work, • Working knowledge of GTM, pixels, and debugging ecommerce tracking and attribution, • Comfort setting up and troubleshooting Shopify apps on your own, • A sharp eye for detail, and the ability to handle several requests at once while priorities shift Bonus points • You build with AI. If you've shipped landing pages using Claude Code, Cursor or a similar tool, show us. We want to see it., • A DTC, supplement or wellness ecommerce background, • Experience with subscriptions, selling plans and recurring-revenue funnels What We Offer • Performance bonus opportunity, • Full Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k), • Real ownership of a growing CRO program, • Multiple brands, meaningful traffic, and visible business impact, • A collaborative, supportive team environment Purity Products is an equal opportunity employer. Social Media Manager & Content Creator Location: Valley Stream, NY Schedule: 4 days per week in office | 1 day WFH Salary: $75,000 per year About Twillory Twillory makes clothes that feel like nothing: dress shirts, suits, blazers, polos and pants built from breathable, stretchy performance fabric. We started in menswear, and this month we’re launching our first women’s line. You’ll be building content for both from day one. We sell mostly online, have two stores in the New York area, and we’re growing fast. We want our social to look like it. The role We’re hiring someone who lives on social and can make content that doesn’t look like an ad. You’ll come up with the idea, shoot it, edit it yourself and post it. No waiting on an agency or an editor. This is an on-camera role. Menswear is most of our business, so a big part of the job is being the face of it: wearing and styling our men’s shirts, suits and pants on camera every week. You’ll own Twillory’s organic presence on Instagram and TikTok, and the content you make will also run as paid ads. If a video works organically, we’ll put money behind it. You’ll work closely with our creative and paid media team. What you’ll do • Be on camera in our menswear. Model and style our men’s line in your own content most weeks: try-ons, fit checks, get-ready-with-me, outfit breakdowns. You’re the guy in the videos as much as the one making them., • Make content every week. Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Stories) and photo posts that feel native to the feed: styling videos, try-ons, day-in-the-life, trends, street interviews, behind the scenes in our stores and studio., • Edit it yourself. Take raw footage to a finished post in CapCut, Premiere or similar. Cuts, captions, sound, pacing, text on screen., • Run our accounts. Plan and keep the content calendar, post consistently, write captions, and handle comments and DMs with personality., • Know what’s happening on social. Spot trends, sounds and formats early and turn them into Twillory content the same week, not the next month., • Show the clothes looking good. Different outfits, different places, real guys. Make a dress shirt look as cool on your feed as it does on a person., • Feed our ads. Hand off your best organic content for paid, and make variations (new hooks, new openings) when something works., • Work with creators. Help brief and direct UGC creators and influencers, including for the women’s line., • Learn from the numbers. Track views, saves, shares, follower growth and watch time. Double down on what’s working and kill what isn’t., • Cover launches and moments. New products, sales, store events and the women’s line launch. Who you are • You’re comfortable modeling menswear on camera and do it regularly, in your own content or for brands. Your portfolio should show it., • You’re on TikTok and Instagram more than anyone you know, and you can explain why a video blew up., • You have a portfolio of content you shot and edited yourself: a personal account, a brand you’ve worked with, or both. We want to see it., • You edit fast and well. You don’t need someone else to finish your videos., • You’ve grown an account, or a piece of content, and can tell us how., • You’re comfortable with a phone, a ring light and a mic, and you know how to make good lighting out of a window., • You care about style and have taste. You know what looks cool and what looks like a catalog., • You’re comfortable directing other people on camera., • You move quickly, take feedback well, and can manage your own calendar without being chased., • 2–3 years making social content for a brand, creator or agency, or the equivalent body of your own work. Bonus points • Fashion, menswear or DTC ecommerce experience, • You’ve made content that ran as a paid ad and know what makes an ad stop the scroll, • Photography skills, • Experience working with UGC creators or influencers, • Comfortable with Adobe Premiere, After Effects or Lightroom on top of CapCut How to apply: Send your resume and links to 3–5 pieces of content you shot and edited yourself, including at least one where you’re on camera wearing menswear. Tell us in a sentence or two which one performed best and why you think it worked.
