Job Description The Residential Laborer will assist the property management team and building superintendents in performing various maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks for residential units and common areas. This role requires physical labor and the ability to handle a variety of tasks related to property maintenance, preparing vacant units for new tenants, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the grounds. Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: Tablet Press Operator will set up, maintain, and run capsule machine. Operator will also be responsible for recording logs every 30 minutes, submitting samples to QC for approval, and for capsule quality. Capsule operator must not leave machine unattended while machine is running. Product quality to be checked at start up and after breaks.
