As a Senior Warehouse Associate & Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily warehouse operations while ensuring materials are accurately received, organized, and delivered to support field teams and customer projects. This role combines hands-on execution with operational leadership, requiring strong attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to drive efficiency across logistics functions. In addition to core warehouse responsibilities, this position serves as a senior resource within the team—helping guide staff, improve processes, and maintain high operational standards. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Inventory Management • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and efficient material flow, • Own inventory accuracy, including receiving, tracking, and system integrity, • Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders, • Identify and resolve discrepancies, damaged goods, and inventory issues proactively, • Maintain accurate, real-time inventory within internal systems, • Lead cycle counts and full inventory audits, reporting on variances, • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements, • Oversee staging, kitting, and preparation of materials aligned with project timelines, • Coordinate with procurement, project managers, and service teams to ensure readiness, • Ensure all project packages are complete, accurate, and clearly labeled, • Manage urgent or last-minute material requests with speed and accuracy, • Plan, coordinate, and execute deliveries to job sites and customer locations, • Optimize delivery routes and schedules for efficiency, • Load, secure, and transport materials safely, • Maintain accountability for company assets during transport, • Obtain delivery confirmations and communicate updates in real time, • Provide guidance and support to warehouse staff to ensure daily objectives are met, • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members, • Help manage workflow, task prioritization, and daily execution, • Act as a liaison between warehouse and other departments, • Promote accountability, organization, and continuous improvement, • Enforce OSHA safety standards and proper material handling procedures, • Conduct basic vehicle inspections prior to deliveries, • Maintain warehouse equipment and vehicles, reporting issues as needed, • Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures, • Support a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment Qualifications • 2–4 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience (senior-level preferred), • High school diploma or GED required, • Proven experience maintaining inventory accuracy and managing material flow, • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, • Valid New York State Driver's License with a clean driving record (last 12 months), • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical warehouse and delivery tasks, • Proficiency with inventory systems and basic computer tools, • Ability to work independently while following schedules and processes, • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions during deliveries, • Must pass drug screening and background check, • Reliable transportation for consistent attendance Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting construction, security integration, or technical field teams, • Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP tools, • Experience with job staging, kitting, or project-based material coordination, • Previous experience in warehouse, delivery, or logistics roles, • Familiarity with GPS routing tools and handheld inventory scanners, • Strong customer service and professional communication skills Work Environment & Physical Demands • Combination of warehouse and field-based delivery work, • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical labor, • Exposure to varying weather conditions during deliveries, • Standard schedule is Monday through Friday; flexibility may be required Compensation & Benefits • Hourly pay: $24–$27 (based on experience), • Paid time off and holidays, • Health, dental, and vision insurance options, • 401(k) retirement plan, • Stable, full-time work environment Growth Opportunities This senior-level role offers a clear path for advancement into Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, Logistics Coordinator, or Procurement roles.
