Position Summary: Designs and executes organizational strategies that foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture. This role is responsible for driving employee engagement, development, and organizational culture initiatives aligning to our mission and values. Essential Functions and Performance Responsibilities: • Designs and administers annual engagement survey, analyzes results, and ensures effective action planning processes across work groups, • Serves as champion of IDN’s Performance Management system which includes the annual performance cycle, goal setting, talent reviews, development, 360 reviews and succession planning processes, • Supports HR initiatives through effective communications, training, and standard work documentation, • Manages key HR surveys including 30-, 60-, 90-day check-ins, 1:1 and Rounding schedules, stay & exit interviews and other survey needs determined by the team or leadership, • Analyzes HR metrics including engagement, turnover, survey data, and other key insights to inform decisions, recommend solutions, and drive actionable improvements, • Develops, implements, and evaluates Buddy Program(s) to support onboarding, belonging, and knowledge sharing for new hires, • Partners with HR leadership to manage employee relations issues and investigations, serving as a secondary point of contact ensuring proper documentation, follow-up, and timely resolution through facilitated conversations, coaching and guidance, • Facilitates designated committee work to define purpose, structure, and planned initiatives that foster connection, enhance the employee experience, and strengthen organizational culture, • Supports cross-functional HR duties and initiatives as needed, • Ensures compliance with federal & state employment laws and regulations and IDN policies Position Qualifications and Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources management, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Three years’ experience in a human resources role required. PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification desirable. Must possess strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and have proven experience across a variety of HR functions. Specific experience in performance management, engagement, and/or organizational culture development preferred.
