Job Description Job Summary The Distributor Onboarding Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, facilitating, and managing a comprehensive onboarding program for new IMO and Financial Institution channel distribution partners, as well as new offerings within existing distribution. They develop, implement, and execute standard processes to ensure consistent, high-quality, efficient onboarding experiences while maintaining compliance with regulatory and corporate guidelines. Duties and Responsibilities Program Development & Management • Collaboratively develop, implement, and effectively manage a scalable, repeatable distribution partner onboarding program that supports:, • New distribution partner relationships across F&G's Retail sales channels, • Expanded products/services in existing distribution (add a product, line of business, new state availability launch & testing, etc.), • Supporting as needed for distribution partner mergers, acquisitions, and large block transfers, • Drive program consistency by standardizing operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and templates as appropriate, • Implement new onboarding programs by creating and managing project plans, tracking key milestones, and reporting in a timely fashion to key stakeholders, • Coordinate with multiple departments(e.g. Compliance, Operations Relationship Management, IT, etc.) as well as external distribution partners to schedule and facilitate onboarding sessions, check-in meetings, and small group planning discussions, • Ensure timely progress through the onboarding program through milestone monitoring, • Partner with Sales and Relationship Management to understand specific onboarding needs, gather feedback, • Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding onboarding status, resources, challenges, and successes, • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, or related field, • Project Management or similar experience in insurance, financial services, or similarly regulated industries, • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects, • Proven track record of establishing and managing repeatable processes or programs, • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple onboarding instances simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, • Direct experience of both Financial Institution and IMO distribution, with knowledge of related functions (order entry, data feeds, contracting, operational systems, etc.), • Demonstrated ability to create standardized, scalable processes and document them effectively, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally with agents, executives, and cross-functional teams, • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to work effectively in ambiguous situations and demonstrated success to drive detail and clarity, with ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions, • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, SmartSheet) and CRM systems, • Ability to lead meetings, training sessions, and presentations effectively, • Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands while thriving in a fast paced environment with multiple high-priority, high-visibility initiatives, • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, building trusted partnerships that drive results and meet critical deadlines, • Ability to travel occasionally (up to 10%) for onboarding events or team meetings, • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and take initiative, • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment, • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders #LI-JB1 #LI-Remote Additional Information Work Environments F&G believes in an employee-centric flexible environment, which is why we offer the ability for in-office, hybrid and remote work arrangements.
