KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide outstanding customer service to clients in person, over the phone, via text, and email, • Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow, and front desk efficiency, • Handle client communications, billing, and payment processing, • Resolve basic client concerns with professionalism and empathy, • Collaborate closely with veterinarians, technicians, and management to ensure the best client and patient experience, • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinic protocols, • Assist with training and new staff QUALIFICATIONS • Two years of veterinary receptionist experience preferred, • At least one year of leadership experience preferred, • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced and stressful environment, • Ability to work well in a team setting, • Ability to work well independently and take initiative at the appropriate times, • Accepting of different personality types, • Ability to give and receive constructive criticism in a professional environment, • Adapts easily to change, • Passion for animal care AND for client care (we need personable receptionists who enjoy helping people as much as they love helping animals), • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, • Exceptional attention to detail, even when multitasking Why Join Us? We’re looking for a reliable, caring, and hardworking Pet Bather to join our team! As a Pet Bather, you’ll help keep our furry clients clean, comfortable, and looking their best while providing them with a safe and positive experience. Responsibilities • Bathe, brush, and thoroughly dry dogs, • Perform basic services such as nail trims and ear cleaning, • Safely handle dogs of different sizes, breeds, and temperaments, • Monitor pets throughout their visit and provide gentle, compassionate care, • Keep the bathing area, tools, and equipment clean and organized, • Assist groomers as needed, • Follow proper pet-handling and safety procedures, • Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive team environment Qualifications • Must genuinely love and enjoy working with animals, • Reliable, punctual, and responsible, • Comfortable handling dogs of various sizes and temperaments, • Able to work on your feet and perform physical tasks throughout the day, • Comfortable working around water, wet dogs, hair, and pet-related messes, • Previous pet bathing, grooming, dog daycare, kennel, veterinary, or animal-care experience is a plus, • We are willing to train the right person!
