Job DescriptionSales Representative – Travel (Luxury / Private Jet Division) Location: Uniondale, NY (Hybrid) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Work Model: Onsite with 1 remote day per week (not Monday) Compensation: $65,000 base salary + 10% uncapped commission About the Role We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative – Travel to join a fast‑paced, high‑energy Travel Division specializing in high‑end, tailor‑made luxury travel experiences, with a strong focus on private aviation. Our team is sales‑driven and deeply committed to Service Beyond Expectations, managing every detail of our clients’ journeys while partnering with the world’s leading luxury travel providers and private aviation brokers. This is an inside sales role with real earning upside, extensive training, and clear long‑term career growth. What You’ll Do • Identify and research potential clients using internal databases, websites, and social media, • Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and meetings, • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners, • Manage travel bookings from initial inquiry through trip completion, • Research destinations, pricing, and travel requirements to create customized travel options, • Deliver exceptional in‑destination experiences that drive repeat business, • Sales experience or a strong interest in pursuing a sales career, • Confidence making outbound calls and generating leads, • Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills, • Competitive, goal‑oriented, and highly motivated mindset, • Passion for travel and global destinations, • Award‑winning training program with one‑on‑one mentoring, • International training in London (HQ) – travel and accommodations fully covered, • Base salary paid during training, • 9 defined career levels from Trainee Broker to Director, • $65,000 base salary, • 10% uncapped commission on charter margins, • Company cell phone, • Travel expenses covered, • Future work‑from‑home flexibility (1 day/week), • Modern Uniondale office within a private jet department, • Cubicle‑based inside sales setting, • Approximately 90 employees across Sales, HR, and Accounting, • Energetic office culture, • Cool break room with ping pong and regular team outings 20 days in PTO for each year plus paid sick time 12 paid public holidays Additional paid leave for your birthday, wedding, moving, holiday shopping and more!
